Girls Getaway

For the first time in my LIFE (literally) I left my family members and travelled to Denver, Colorado on the first weekend in December to meet some of my best friends in the world for a weekend of shopping, dining, and lots and lots of talking. I was nervous about being away, but that quickly faded as we laughed and gabbed and shared as we were able to take a break from the lives we all so similarly share. It was a ton of fun and I am so glad I did it and did not let the guilt keep me from participating. All Moms should commit to taking some time out for themselves!
